Lorraine Green

BACP Registered Psychotherapist

About me

I offer clients a safe place to talk about problems or difficult feelings. I help clients explore the roots of their issues, and 'untangle' difficult feelings and make more sense of them. My aim is to help clients become more self aware and better able to manage their own emotional well-being or get to a place of resolving their issues. I'm a qualified integrative counsellor registered with the BACP. The theoretical approaches I lean towards are psychodynamic, MBCT, and systemic models. I've worked in several mental health charities and have experience of a wide range of client issues.
