About me

Hello, I'm Robert French. I provide a warm-hearted, experienced and professional counselling and therapy service here at Ongea in Old Street. If you are having difficulties in your life, you may find that some therapy sessions will help. I provide the space in which to tell your story, receive support, reflect deeply and move toward change.

My clients are usually people leading good-enough lives but in need of support to resolve a particular issue; or who have things about themselves they'd like to change for the better. Difficulties often arise in relationships, mood, or some form of being 'stuck' in an important area of life. Alongside mainstream psychotherapy, these are the areas in which I specialise.

If you think you might like to work with me please get in touch to set up an initial session. In this I'll learn what brings you to therapy and I'll tell you how I think we might best address your difficulty.
